Oliver Grove

26 Homes. 26 Kitchens. One Joinery Partner.

Oliver Grove is a boutique development of 26 individually designed homes in Halswell, Christchurch, delivered in stages by Wolfbrook. Each home carries its own footprint and character, from the layout through to the outdoor living spaces, so no two kitchens on the development are quite the same. We worked closely with the team on the design, feel and purpose of each individual home, from concept through to the finished space.

Beyond the kitchen, we designed and delivered the joinery for living spaces, laundries, bathrooms and wardrobes across every home, carrying the same considered process and standard of care from the first stage through to the last. One point of contact, one production timeline, 26 homes delivered as part of a single, seamless build.

Working with Prime on a development.

How do you keep kitchens consistent across a development with different house types?

Every home moves through the same consultation, design, manufacture and install process, so the standard of care stays the same whether a development has one house type or twenty six unique ones. One point of contact oversees the whole build, from the first home through to the last.

Do you work from our existing plans, or design from scratch?

Either. Our designers work directly with your team on the design, feel and purpose of each home, whether that means developing the layout from scratch or building the joinery around plans and specifications already in place.

How do staged or multi-year developments fit with your process?

We deliver joinery in line with your construction programme, working through each stage as it comes online. Oliver Grove is a good example, 26 homes delivered in stages, all through a single production timeline.

Where can you deliver projects?

Nationwide. We're based in Christchurch, Queenstown, Wanaka and Dunedin, backed by a dedicated production facility in Christchurch with the capability to deliver anywhere in the country.
