Warranty Claims
Any warranty claim must be submitted in writing to Prime Kitchens as soonas the defect becomes apparent and include:
- Proof of purchase;
- Project address;
- Description of the issue; and
- Supporting photographs where possible.
Prime Kitchens reserves the right to inspect the alleged defect before determining the appropriate remedy.
Limitation of Liability
This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the affected joinery components. To the extentpermitted by law, this warranty does not cover consequential loss, accommodation costs, loss of use, orassociated trade costs. Nothing in this warranty limits or excludes any rights or remedies available underthe Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or any other applicable legislation.
Consumer Guarantees
This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not limit or exclude, any rights or remedies availableunder the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986, the Building Act 2004, or any otherapplicable legislation.
